Anyone completed some choons of their own?

I guess this is a US based board (Im comin atcha from Ireland), but has anyone managed to commit any decent trax of their own to cd? Id love to hear them if you have, and will send a few of my own (no straight usage of the pre-programmed samples please). Give me a post here if you would like to get in touch.

I save my tracks to memory card as normal, then when I wish to record these to cd (I have a separate cd recorder connected to my hifi system), I simply attach the red and white RCA plugs ("phono plugs" in Europe) which provide the sound output from the PS2 (the yellow one is for video only) to the recorder... and thats it! The sound quality is very good indeed, but this will only give you an analog recording. If you want pure digital transfer, you can buy a fibre optic cable (which I also have) that connects directly from your PS2 to the recorder also - this will give you the best possible sound quality. Cd recorders are available in all hifi stores in the USA (they cost about $350), and in the UK (where they cost about £200).

There was a piece of kit that allowed you to transfer samples (and tracks) to and from a PC... but it never took off

I have a whole bunch of stuff I did with MG2. Warning, though: it's not techno, as me and the others wanted to make other kinds of music, some extremely experimental.
