shell city dead ahead

okay, im in shell city dead ahead, and in the part boob tube smashing boob. Ive gone all the way through until i hut the door where you do r1 to exit. i did that. now im over past the first windmil. its the part where there is the 2 enemy shooter thingys on both left and right, and you have to jump over there and hit the buttons to stop something. i can get past the one on the right, but not on the left, if i start to jump over to the left one, the floating guy that shocks you(idk what hes doing, shocking was the first thing that popped in my mind) anyway, he shocks me to much before i get over to the platform, so im halfway and ive gotted shocked enough to throw me back and into the goo at the bottom, and i have to start over.


i need help getting over to both sides, and not getting shocked into the goo at the bottom,
