whatis this game? I never heard of guilty gear.. it fighting or advanture?

heh, yeah it's a fighting game, one of the best might I add. But, I was going to rip on you but I know from experience what it feels like to be thought of as a dumass. I had no idea what GG was when I first played it. I just thought it was a rip off of SF and had a crappy name....little did I know Also I would suggest buying it at your local gamestop, because with it being 20 bucks and all, and since it has been out since September, the price probably has dropped. So There really is no need to think twice about playing this game! hope you have fun!

its nothing like street fighter, if anything its more like samurai shodown. although when you take the characters individualy they play very differently, and seem inspired by a combination of different fighters.

I grew up playing SF.Even to this day,I play it.GG is WAY BETTER than SF.The characters have interesting past,are drawn better then any Capcom game,and have more combos than a Tekken game.Get Reload on abox and have a ball

yeah I bought it recently as per Ph5ko suggested...I agree its not SF..but I am not about it being better....I might change my mind after I play it abit more......since playing 3D..its hard going back to 2D...
