ID requested on Monopoly Racecar token

Hello,
I have a Monopoly token that looks different from others I see, It has a number "3" on the back (each side) and the metal is raised higher than normal behind the seat. I'll post a pic to help out with an ID. Any info on it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Something else I just noticed about my car is that the seat is not enclosed, it's open. Every other one I've seen is enclosed.

I found this token in a box of old game stuff I got at an estate sale and the box had other Monopoly tokens in it, as well as other very well used Monopoly game stuff (money, property cards, etc.).

The Community Chest and Chance cards from the box have a copyright date of 1936 on them. The instructions have a latest copyright date of 1954. I also have a small instruction sheet describing 3 short game versions. The houses and hotels are made of plastic, and there is a red plastic money tray as well, with one spot for each denomination.

Can anyone help me out with info on these?
