You can buy bombs from the shop in Hyrule Town. Otherwise, usually there's grass or something nearby something that can be bombed that you can find bombs in.

I was thining of this shop. I can't remember if you can always buy them there or if they become available at a certain point in the game.
 If you can't find them there then you're going to have to find some by cutting grass or something. ------------------- | |
