Ok so I have reinstalled the game after not playing for absolutely ages. I did the install, patched the game and then started to play. Immediately I noticed some mega lag, and that's just on the menu. I couldn't even get past Character Creation it was so slow.

Any one had similar problems or know how to fix this? I have tried restarting but it doesn't do anything.
