The game play
i got the beta/1player demo its fun. its still like swat 3 as ur slow and still if you rush in ur dead.there are 4-5 modes in online play.

career
career is like the other swat games but now the brefing is better and its more realistic. like now you need to yell out to the suspects to make them drop there weapons. and the map are drawn on paper.

quick match/maker/play
like in swat 3 just costimze a level then play in.

multiplayer modes

VIP MODE
vip is were there are 2 teams (duurrr). the vip has to
rush up to the resuce point. and the swats have to keep him safe. but the vip isnt AI. its a player. the vip is radomly chosen from the swat team were the vip has a gun and peper spray.
the terrorsts (supsepts) have to capture the VIP and hand cuff him but puting then in a daze with a gun or tazer(like in swat 3s reg one) then pushing the hand cuff key (h) and then handcuffing them. after that they must wait to mins before killing him. also the vip and crawl when handcuffed
when this is happening the swats must save the vip by using a tool to cut the hand cuffs. when the supsepts must stop that from happing ( yes u should see the camping tents now ) if the swats uncuff the vip the game goes on. if the 2 mins are up the supsepts have to shoot the vip.
if the swats shoot the VIP and kill him the supsepts win and if the supsepts kill the VIP before they handcuff him and wait 2 mins the swats win

CO-OP
should be like swats 3s co op but only for 5 people max. thats all the info for now.

team vs team
i think its like team death match. no info on this.

rapid deployment
i think its kinda like team vs team but just more of a deathmatch.OR its a death match mode.

Barricaded Suspects
tho they said theres only 4 game modes in the read me text this replaces team vs team. idk if this is the team vs team mode with the real name or there are 5 game modes. i think this is just the type of whats happening

great game, just played the Demo for it, never really got into Swat3 but this game is great from what i have played in the Demo. i just wish i had played the Beta though lol

Did you download the demo? If so, from where?

well i updated it.
also the demo you get is from the VU games new letter. or if you have a game spy pay thing you can get it too.

I was trying to download the demo, but it downloaded a few mb, and stopped. I guess I will wait for the game to come out.

I just got this, it's frickin great. I love the realism, it's better than SWAT 3 and that was good for it's time too. Just run and shoot and watch your bullets hit everything but the target, so realsitic. Also, the paintball style CS pellets is real good to take down a perp with a gun without killing him.

don't you guys think some of the levels were kinda too easy? the only levels i had problems in was the car repair place and the weapon deal... and there better be new(GOOD) maps being made rite now, cause the game doesn't have too many

I'm only on the fourth or so level, the record studio or whatever place with serene music and two levels and two sniper positions. I'm just doing everything OK and end up getting shot up every time. I'm rersorting to using shitloads of wedges and boxing the T's down into an arrest area. Then opening up the next area and moving on. I found T's sneaking up on me and shooting my back a lot.

Once I get past this I'll get back to that question!
