Okay, I'll try to take a stab here and help you.
First, make sure that you have the appropriate network cables connected from both PC to your router. Next, in your Router configuration, make sure that you have the correct logon and password for your DSL connection. Make sure you have your network configuration correct (the IP address that you need to connect to the internet as supplied by your ISP). Next, what I would suggest anyways, is enable DHCP on your router. This will enable your PC's as well as any PC's connected to your router to get a unique IP address for it's network connection. Now, Set your network configuration on your PC to be DHCP enabled, so this will tell your PC's to request and IP address from your router. Do all of this and let me know what the results is. ------------------- No gaming right now... my T42 video is toast (almost)... I'm getting zig zaggy lines all over the place. nope. The PC's can be running any Operating system (Network configurtion is not dependant on the OS).
Make sure that you configure your router to see the internet. Once you do it correctly, there should be a button or link that says "Test Internet Connection". Only continue on with your PC connection oonce you have a successful response with your "Test Inter Connection" portion. ------------------- No gaming right now... my T42 video is toast (almost)...
