Help! I'm stuck on stage 2

Yo,

Just completed all the stage 1 & 2 races, and I've raced every opponent car on the map, all I have left on the map are shops. I just received an SMS that says "Get back to the car lot...NOW!" from Rachel. I have 2 car lots on my map, the first one where you start off at and 1 on top of the water on the other side of the bridge. If I go to either one, nothing happens.

This is pretty boring, I'm just driving around with nothing to do right now. How do I get to stage 3?

If you arent driving rachels car its a glitch.I guess you have to up your cars star rating.Install mods from the body/graphic and specialists shop.

You don't have to get your car up to max visual status, just up to about 3, then, like Turbo said; you should get a message about a photo shoot. Go take the picture, then you should move on. If not; it may be a glitch.

I was on stage 2 with no more races and no more outrun opponents and no money. I simply used Cheat Engine to fix my problem. I turned my 25 dollars into 1 million. Then I quickly achieved visual rating 3 and continued on with the game.
