That sceen was kinda freaky! I doubt that her escape would be possible in real life!

highly doubtful. The ammount of space allotted is too minimal for a good impact. plus the wood was good material requiring quite a bit of effort to break. then you also have to consider the thousands of pounds of pressure of the dirt on top of her. I say thousands of pounds because it is not just the dirt directly above her which needs to be considered but also the dirt to either side of the dirt above her. i wouldnt say its impossible but i would say it is extreemly improbable

a good martial artist would be able to punch throught the top of the coffin, think about it now at the beggining bill told her a story of tao pai pai beating up a room full of shaolin monks and the are virtually indestructible, so anybody trained by him would be able to punch through a piece of wood

Well that and the fact that the dirt wasn't packed. That dirt looked like nice soft moist potting soil. If that was 6 feet of dry packed texas dirt then there'd be no friggin way she'd get out.

There's also that slight problem of running out of air to breathe, she would have passed out in mere minutes with no supply

yeah true, if you remember the grave was only dug recently and it was not compressed or saturated so it would not have been as hard to climb through it

Nope not possible in real life prolly but in a movie anything can happen so props to her
