favorite tactic

My favorite tactic is teaming up three spellcasters(preferably female)with enough MP to cast two geno-spells with a fairy for each one. I also prefer them to be nearly at the same level so I can cast them all one after the other. This tactic wipes out a lot of the enemy troops if you wait for them to attack, especially if you have positioned your own troops well. Take note that your other creatures are still unused in this strategy. Halo and charm are best used here (on the last one attacking most likely).

i buy only ghouls. later in the game two ruin knights each with three vampires and leftover creatures are all you need because of necrosummon.

Ghouls suck.

Have at least one unit that knows HEAL, have a pixie, have a unit that knows the spell POWER, and have any breath spraying unit. make a straight line with your units and have a weak leader in the middle (make sure you cast protect on them first though with your pixie) as this will act as a decoy. Have a healing unit near this leader and have a spray shooting unit such as a tiamat or dragon on the end of the line but a space in front of all your other units. Cast Power on your spraying unit and wait for a line of enemies to form in front of your line (they will because they will attack your weak leader who has PROTECT on). Then hose them with your POWER strengthened breath unit and heal your leader. However my favorite strategy if to cast protect on a thor at the beginning of battle and take him by himself (still in the blue hex range of his leader but at least 4 spaces away) strait to the enemy forces and use THOR HAMMER. They won't stand a chance as they will all be super weakened

I usually line up with my monsters in front, usually giants or dragons and put my knights right behind them especially like magicians so i can safely do magic spells but to get the enemy to come at me i have a power dragon or a hydra and do their breath attacks from far away so once i am set up the enemy will attack and i will crush them
