Users will be contacted via PM on Neoseeker Register your key here Code redemption issues: Upon submission of key the page claims the code is incorrect The Trion system is very particular about this area, if a code has any excess spaces it will be rejected. In some of our earlier codes I had tried to float the key off from the left corner and many copied an initial space with the key. 01234567890123456789 would be read by the system as _01234567890123456789 which would fail the authorization process because of the excess space. Please check your codes to be sure there are no additional characters. In a specific case a user noted that the value of 8 was incorrect and that they had to resubmit it because the font looked different. Upon changing it the code worked fine. I couldn't test the case but it seems like it might appear as this 01234567890123456789 corrected to 01234567890123456789 These have been the primary concerns with the redemption process to this point. Please check your entries carefully.
