Scott Heyboer - Scotthey (view winning entry here) The Loot One winner will get a Powercolor HD 6870 PCIe , courtesy of Powercolor Valued at aprox $239.99 USD The HD 6870 is the bigger brother of the two mid-range cards currently offered by ATI in the HD 68xx series, boasting 1GB GDDR5 graphics memory, a 900MHz GPU core clock, and 1050MHz memory clocks. Check out our launch review of the HD 6850 and HD 6870 for a better breakdown of their performance. If that's Greek to you just know that it's pretty good for "mid-range"! And it just might be yours. So what do you need to do for a chance at winning one? 	Is the reason this is US-only due to shipping costs? If so, if the winner offered to pay for them personally could it be international?
