Try going to Unrest, most ghouls drop FS weapons and there are some good rare items as well, ike the Savant's Cap and usty Bloodstained Gloves, these sell for a few hundred PP

In Unrest, deep inside the middle building ( don't go in there without a party! ), you can get the Dwarven Work Boots. They have some pretty nice stats and you can sell them for a fair amount.

Try leveling up, level up then farm somewhere else instead of saving up at level 16 for 2 months so you can get 20 plat. Level up. thats where the money is my son.

just go to the desert and collect spider silks which you can sell in bulk to other players , you can make some nice plat doing that

You really can't make good platinum till you hit 45, that is when you start getting good amounts of PP.
