	Forumwide Rules apply to all forums on Neoseeker, and should be followed. Neoseeker does and will not assist in the procuring, use, or fixing of any form of illegal materials such as CD Hacks and such. Please do not ask for such things here, as you will be subject to bans and your thread can and will be removed. 	Please read these rules before continuing. Also, note that account trading and anything considered illegal in the game is also illegal to get on Neoseeker and will not be allowed. Posters of such threads/posts can and will be banned from Neoseeker, permanently.
