	I believe you mean Metal Coat. But the metal coat is obtained the first time you travel on the fairy from Olivine to Vermillion. After you find the mans daughter he gives you one.

	no im quite sure i mean metal jacket the thing used 2 evolve onix 2 steelix and sycther 2 sizor its in a cheat sumwher in this cheats section how do i get it? since iv alredy done the ship thing ages ago and apparently didnt get it

	The item used to evolve a scyther to a scizor and a onix to a steelix is known as the metal coat. But just look in the cheats guide to find the code for it. I told you before, when you travel to Olivine you should have obtained it after finding the mans daughter otherwise your other option is to hack or try going on the boat again to see if you try to obtain it.
