	Will this work on XP? I had one of my other games have to be uninstalled perminantly because it did not comply, and I just read AvP I is not working on XP for some too. For those of you here who have XP,and the game, does it work? ------------------- the last stand + photography forum + education

	i have xp and its not working i get a error in install ive got all the requirements but the error says transfer error data cab or something and the data cab 1 and 2 zip file cant be unziped files are missing i relly need help!!!!

	Yeah, I've XP SP 2 and work on it. CHeck the CD, maybe there's a problem.

	I found a fix for the original AvP XP problem. On my system anyway, you should try it. Cut the intro screen (FOX INTERACTIVE/REBELLION) short. That's it! You can also try COMPATIBILITY mode (shortcut/PROPERTIES)for Win 98 and "start in 640x480 screen resolution". In-game ESCAPE menu items still have problems (all bright print) but you can count keypresses for SAVE and LOAD.
