	How can you get Powell's 4th shirt, the Jinbei??? I have 264 out of 266 items. The shirt and the ending scroll are all I have left. Also, I have never even seen a Dogtooth Tuna in the fishing port stage. I've beaten the aracade mode more than enough times to unlock them to being "catchable." I got my aquarium items for this fish at the offing. Has anyone ever caught a Dogtooth there?
