Add-on Story: Another Era of Terror - A new Kira has appeared!

This Add-on Story thread will continue from the "Add-on Story: The Lightning Crystals" thread from the Pokémon Yellow Forum, which was deleted by Aya Chan.

You don't really need to worry about the majority of the first part of the story. The only things you really need to know is that Ash was shot dead by a policeman, and Brock was killed after being transformed into a monster.

Right now, the story is about a boy named Josh, who decided to run away from home after he had enough of receiving tests after tests and assignments after assignments in school. He eventually reached an island in middle of a lake. The island had a cave on it, and inside the cave, Josh found so much money that he could spend it for the rest of his life. He then returned home, and he started thinking about his life so far. He remembered a person named Blake, who used to bully him at school. Josh knows where he lives, and then Josh went to Blake's house at 2am in the morning and assassinated him.

On his way back home, Josh noticed a black notebook falling down from the sky, and it landed on some grass on the ground. "Hm? What is this?" asked Josh as he walked up to the notebook and picked it up. On the front cover of the notebook, it said in big, white letters: "DEATH NOTE". Josh opened the notebook, and he saw that there was absolutely nothing written inside it! "Cool! A free notebook for me!" said Josh, and then he took the notebook home. When he got home, he went inside his room and turned on the lights. Then he looked at the back of the notebook, and he saw some words written in white letters:

The human whose name is written in this note shall die.

This note will not take effect unless the writer has the subject's face in their mind when writing his/her name. Therefore, people sharing the same name will not be affected.

If the cause of death is written within 40 seconds of writing the subject's name, it will happen.

If the cause of death is not specified, the subject will simply die of a heart attack.

After writing the cause of death, the details of the death should be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds.

Then...

Suddenly, Josh heard a voice coming from behind him: "Oiy oiy! Little kid! If you're gonna use my Death Note, atleast kill people with it, and stop writing nonsense!". Then Josh turned around and saw a purple dragon, which was only slightly bigger than a human. The dragon had red eyes, blue wings, a silver horn on its head and it had spikes at the end of its tail. It was also constantly floating in the air. Then Josh screamed at the sight of the dragon, and then he fell of the chair which he was sitting on. "Huh? Why are you so scared?" asked the dragon. "Wh-what the hell are you?" asked Josh. Then the dragon said "Hm? Who the hell am I? Oh, I'm Dactol, and I'm a Shinigami, or a Death God. Whatever you prefer to call it. Nice to meet you". "D-Death God?" asked Josh as his eyes widened. Then the dragon, which we know is named Dactol said "Yeah. And that Death Note of yours used to belong to me!" as it pointed at the Death Note on Josh's desk. Then Josh said "G-Go home! I-I'm not returning this!" as he grabbed the Death Note from his desk. Then Dactol said "Huh? Ofcourse you're not returning it to me, because as soon as that Death Note fell to the human world, it belongs to this world. And as soon as you picked up that Death Note, it belongs to you. Besides, each Shinigami has two Death Notes. So you can have this one, while I'll keep my other one! Also, I can't go home, because as long as you have that Death Note, I need to stay with you. I don't want to, but it's the rules which says that a Shinigami must stay with any human who has his Death Note. Don't worry though, I won't be nasty to you". Then Josh said "H-Human world? You... you're implying that the world in which I currently live in is not the only world in existance?". Then Dactol said "That's right. I am from the Shinigami Realm, a world different from this one. However, in the Shinigami Realm, we Shinigami don't have much to do these days. All we do is gamble, and it gets boring after a while. So in order to entertain myself, I dropped one of my Death Notes into the human world, hoping that a human would find it and use it to start killing people. I find that entertaining to watch. You just so happened to be the one who found the Death Note, so it now belongs to you". Then Josh said "B-But you're staying with me as long as I have your Death Note, right?". Then Dactol said "Yeah, but don't worry. I'm not going to interfere with your daily life. Actually, things may be even more entertaining for you, as then you have someone to talk to all the time. If you don't want to talk, then you just mind your own business and use the Death Note, play, eat, sleep or do whatever you want, while I'll also mind my own business. You can even completely ignore my existance if you wish!". Then Josh said "I'm sorry, but I can't have a monster like you hanging around me!", and then he wrote Dactol's name in the Death Note. Then he waited for 40 seconds, but after that, Dactol was still alive. "Wh-what the *bleep*?" asked Josh. Then Dactol said "Hahaha! You sure do hate me, don't you? But unfortunately for you, you can't kill a Shinigami with the Death Note, or with any other way whatsoever, as we Shinigami can go through walls, as well as any attacks you try to throw at us! We are also immune to being killed by Death Notes. We Shinigami can't be killed by humans. Just give up. Well actually, there is a way to kill a Shinigami, but it's not going to work on me anyway, so yeah, give up. Besides, I never knew that it was so difficult to put up with me. You'll get used to me after a while". Then Josh said "Alright! Alright! I'll try getting used to you". Then suddenly, Josh's mom entered the room. "Josh, it's time to go to bed!" said Josh's mom. "OK, I will in a few minutes!" Josh replied. "Alright!" said Josh's mom, and then she left the room. "Sh-she didn't notice you?" asked Josh as he looked at Dactol. Then Dactol said "Yeah, no humans in the world other than you can see me as of now. But if anyone touches your Death Note, they'll be able to see me". Then Josh said "I see. In that case, I can't let anyone find my Death Note. But still though, there are people who can naturally see Shinigami, right?". Dactol said "Well, there are many different kinds of Shinigami. Shinigami from the Shinigami Realm, such as myself cannot be seen by anyone unless they have touched a Death Note which originally belongs to that Shinigami. However, there are other kinds of Shinigami, such as those sword-wielding ones from Seireitei in Soul Society. They can be seen by some people, but the majority cannot see them. By the way, Soul Society is the afterlife. You asked if there are worlds other than the human one, right? Soul Society is another world. Oh and just so you know, the Shinigami from Soul Society have nothing to do with us. They deal with the souls of the dead, and they send them to the afterlife and fight evil spirits, but we are a completely different type of Shinigami. In fact, besides the fact that we are both called Shinigami, we and the Shinigami from Soul Society have absolutely nothing in common! We deal with death itself. We can see exactly what day, month and year everyone will die just by looking at their faces. We can also tell what people's names are just by looking at their face. By looking at your face, I can tell that your name is Josh Judgmenter!". Then Josh said "You can see my date of death, right? Then when will I die?". Then Dactol said "I'm sorry, but it's against the rules of a Shinigami to tell a human about the date of death of anyone. It's also against the rules for us to tell a human the name of anyone whose face they've seen. However, I can do something which will allow you to be able to see the names of people and the day they'll die just by looking at their face. You still can't see your own date of death, though". "What is it?" asked Josh. Then Dactol said "The Shinigami Eyes deal". "The Shinigami Eyes deal?" asked Josh. Dactol said "Yeah. Basically, I can give you eyes which lets you see people's date of death and name just by looking at their face, but in order to get those eyes, you must sacrifice half of your current remaining lifespan. Will you do it?". Josh said "I'll think about it. For now, I'm just going to kill some people whose faces and names I already know. I already killed one person, and now I'm going to kill some more!", and then he sat in front of his desk and opened up his Death Note. Then Dactol said "Huh? You killed one person? Uh, no, you didn't kill anyone yet". "What do you mean? I killed a dumb forum moderator called Aya Chan, who banned me for no reason!" said Josh. Then Dactol said "But Aya Chan is a name which doesn't exist! You probably know the face of that moderator you tried to kill, right? But the problem is, Aya Chan is not that person's real name. You can only kill someone by writing in their real name while knowing their face. So if you wanna kill whoever this Aya Chan person may be, you must find out his or her real name". Then...

"Hhhahahahaha!" Jake then laughed quietly yet evily as he had an insane look in his eyes, while some bright light were reflecting from his insane-looking eyes, and he also had a maniac smile on his face as he was looking at the Death Note! Then suddenly, he sat down on a chair fast, slammed the Death Note onto a desk, and then he grabbed a nearby pen with his right hand, raised it and spun it around in the air while he used his left hand to slam the Death Note's cover open! Then, with a quick move, he caught his pen again, and he immediately pointed the pen at the first page of his notebook, while he had an insane glare in his eyes as he looked down at the notebook! Then...

"Huhh?!" some people who were also in the same building as that boy gasped in horror as they looked out the window the student had just fallen through!

Meanwhile, Jake was writing the name of another student of his class in the notebook. "Eliminate!" he said again as he wrote the name, and then he did an upward flick with his pen.

"Aaaaarrghhhh!" the student, who was in his room sitting in front of a computer and swinging on his chair screamed in pain as he grabbed his chest, and then he and his chair fell backward, and the student died! Then...

Meanwhile, at another place, a thin guy with messy black hair which looks like he had just gotten out of bed was in a room, sitting on a couch in such a strange way so that his feet were on the edge of the couch and he had his knees up to his face. He had strange large eyes which looked in such a way that the guy seems to be half-asleep, he wore a white T-shirt, green baggy trousers, was not wearing any footwear and he was sucking his right against his front teeth as he was looking through some documents on a table in front of him. He also sometimes picked up the papers in a strange way, by holding it delicately with just his index finger and thumb. Then suddenly, another man, who had short black hair, wore glasses and neat, tidy uniform entered the room. "Ryuuzaki, sorry for interrupting you. But please look at the news. It seems that Kira, for some reasons, is targetting the students of St. Antony College in the Chaos Region" said the man with glasses as he grabbed a remote controller and pointed it at a television in the room. Then...

Jake then took in a deep breath as he started thinking.

Meanwhile, back in the room where the guy with messy black hair, known as Ryuuzaki was, Ryuuzaki and the man with glasses had just finished watching a report on the news. "So all the students in St. Antony college who were killed by Kira were from the 10A, class, huh? That's interesting. Chances are, Kira may be a student among that class" said Ryuuzaki as he was sucking his thumb. "What should we do, Ryuuzaki?" asked the man with glasses. "Yagami-san, please get me a list of the names of the students from 10A in St. Antony college who have yet to be killed by Kira" said Ryuuzaki. Then...

"No, wait... I have to go to school tomorrow! I really don't want to... but wouldn't it be suspicious if I don't turn up to school on the day after the night when so many people in my class just got killed? Since everyone who died were in my class, and there's only six surviving members of my class other than myself... that basically means the person suspected to be behind the killing is all narrowed down to us six... And if I'm the only one of the six who doesn't turn up tomorrow, then it's just too obvious..." said Jake. Then...

"But wait, when the police finds that fake notebook, wouldn't they naturally try and test it out first to see if it's real... atleast by writing down the name of some random criminal who's sentenced to death anyway? Also, if I were to make a fake notebook and place it in one of those six people's house, then I'd also need to forge their handwriting in it too... Oh wait, I could just rip out the first page of the notebook and make it seem like the person ripped out the page with the names written and tossed it out... But then, if the police somehow tests the notebook and find out that it's fake, then wouldn't they might say... try to check fingerprints on the notebook and see who created it?" Jake thought. Then...
