Since alot of you people here like to duel I decided to start this. This is a place where everybody duels but it has certain rules to it. You start with a deck of forty cards which you will list when you register for this tournament.

Basics (a must read)

1. You start off with forty cards, and may only have forty cards in your deck at anytime. When you make your deck you may only have four monster cards with an attack over 1000 attack, this is to ensure you don't cheat and make your deck the best. You may only have one powerful magic card as well for the same reason as above.

2. Statistics. All duelists start off with statistics that are the same, Everytime a duelist wins he/she gains 3 points on each statistics which are listed below.

---Duelist Level: Required to earn better cards, the higher it is the better cards you can buy. Starting level=15


---Rank. This determines how good you are. This lowers by three each time you lose and gains three each time you win. Starting level is zero, you must earn your rank. When yor rank goes up your options for cards go up, you may add other cards as long as there is still forty and they must be cards you bought.

--- Card Prices. All cards go by price. The price is based on their level. The prices will be posted later on

-----RULES! (A DEFINATE READ!!!!)

1. You may not go over your deck capacity or Cost. You may buy cards from me for a certain price which is deducted from your Duelist Level.

2. Any flamming or cheating will not be tolerated and you will be banned from the forum instantly.

3. No spamming, doing this will get you the same results as flamming or cheating

That is all that is required to begin dueling. All dueling is done in here, You may declare exibtion which means you don't earn or lose any statistics while dueling. Have a good time. You not have to register a deck to duel here. Only if you intend to join the tournament

Those rules suck. We should get starchips for another tournament. We should be able to pick either a Kaiba starter deck or a Yu Gi starter deck.

You don't have to enter the tournament, those are tournament rules. As for the Kaiba Yugi deck, I know you guys would probably cheat and get two cards that are strong out then play blue eyes and destroy everything in site, but I'll add it anyways new rule. You may use the Kaiba/Yugi Starter decks but you may only use forty of the cards (following rules in DDS) Also you may only summon Blue eys after ten turns total of dueling to ensure you do not cheat. Edit also the startchip thing is your Rank. when it reaches 15 or higher you are entered in the finals of the tournament. The first 8 to reach are entered and the prize is a banner made by me along with an avatar. Those are all the upgrades I have now.

No, Those are too strong to be used in the beggining of the tournament. You may however, start with a starter deck or your choice of forty cards with only 4 over 1400 attack

You duel in here, posting your turn until someone loses all their life points. Kaiba and Yugi decks are used, not custom until you get into the tournament more

I am new and don't get the rules or where we battle or how to battle can to clarify thanks.

I've explained how to battle before. You post your move and wait for your opponent to reply with his/her move, this continues until one of you loses
