Mew is no rarer than any other rare you can get in packs in this game. In fact, there are 3 different versions of Mew available (the other 2 can't be obtained in packs).

i also got a moltres and an articuno

Those can also come one to a pack. There are no Pokemon that are particularly valuable to have, apart from the ones that actually happen to be good cards (and that doesn't necessarily correspond to their perceived rarity in the RBY games).

i also got a zapdos

Like I said, there are no particularly rare Pokemon. It doesn't matter which one you have; it's easy to get.

one of them can be obtained form a booster pack(i think mystery), a second one can be won by winning the challenge, and the third can only be obtained by card pop.

mew is an easy card to find in this game.

i found all those cards without card pop and i thought they were rare DARN

They are rarer than other cards, just that cards are more common than actual pokemon.
