First of all you should download the 1.11 patch. It is a lot more fun then the 1.09 patch. all you need to do is just log into battle new and it will automatically download.
 And that is not supposed to happen. Once you buy a merc he is there for keeps unless you buy a new one or he/she dies, if he/she dies all you need to do is go any of the characters sells the mercs and resurrect them (for some gold of course). Hope this helps. | |
