I was just checking out the d2items.com and realised that you can outfit an entire character for about $10.

This to me is a more efficient use of time than spending hours magic finding...

How do these guys get the items? Are they are just dupes, hacks? Or is it high level characters who go magic finding and get these items via monster drops?

I also noted that they sell characters also. What's the deal there?

what happens is they have one high level chara and they have the best of everything and kill one shot pretty much anything and then they just party with the chara that you are getting paid to get leveled (witch is banned from game if cought) and then just power level him

all the items are fine, except certain items that are listed as not perm. by the way, if you want to seriously outfit a character with some great and godly stuff, it might cost 3x or 4x that (which is still really really worth it. like, a few hours at a job or a few hundred hours of mfing?)
