Solution -> Don't buy a rocket launcher. It's meant as a last resort if you can't deal with the boss through ordinary means.

I actually like that fact I find it quite amusing to watch bosses giggling saying they cannot Die then being blown by something some weird Pirate/Merchant gives You at a high price of course!

Since i don't risk at starting a new thread I ask it here.
Can someone give me some tips or strategies in the minigame you get if you finished the storymode in RE4>? I tried so many times to get high scores but it's just so friggin hard, I only unlocked Ada Wong so far in the village stage.
(It's really scary when 2 of those chainsaw womens comes at you randomly from any direction especially when you hear them coming but don't know from where)

aright bub, the only thing to do is to get krauser. to get him, go to the castle stage and earn more than 30,000 points. it's not hard if you use ada and after you unlock krauser use him on every stage and unlock everyone. youll be surprised at what he can do. he's like the best character in the merceneries to me. and after you unlock everyone, use everyone on all stages and get 60,000 points or more to unlock the handcannon in leon's story mode. the handcannon is a magnum revolver a.k.a the second strongest gun in the game. its hard to get but worth it.

To kill the Big Salvador the best way is to unlock krauser and use his mutated arm. Its an easy one shot one kill

for those of you who need help on the big cheese villiger boss guy in the barn all you have to do is upgrade your shotgun about twic (Power and copasity for ammo) blast him with that or some hand granades untill he tears himself in half then stand in the far corner by the far latter and i don't know but he can't hit you while your there and you can just keep poppin his ass untill hes yours or use the easy way and gust blast his ass with the rocket luncher and kill him in one hit and afterwards you can just go buy another one after you save up. (YOU CAN ALSO KILL JUST ABOUT ANEY BOSS IN ONE HIT WITH IT).

but dont buy a rocket launcher too often for bosses; just for emergencies and possibly verdugo if hes too hard for you (he was for me!). The reason why is because some bosses require a direct hit in a certian spot in order to do any damage, and if you miss then thats 30000pesetas down the toilet. Also, some bosses split in half/ change after a certian amount of damage is recieved...so even if you shoot it with a rocket, all it may do is bring out its second form....

An example of being careful with your RL shots is when you fight krauser; when you shoot him to his knees, if you shoot him with RL for some reason it will do NO damage whatsoever (a glitch, perhaps?). You have to shoot him to his knees with RL...even though it doesnt do as much dmg as if hes on knees it still is very effective considering the fact that the RL is very strong.

just like the monster "right hand" or left i cant remember...
you need 2 freeze him then shoot, but with the RL it takes 2 shots, i found this out with the unlimited ammo RL

2 shots with the RL? I ALWAYS kill him with just 1 Rocket (as long as he is frozen)Oh and on the Mercenaries game, I found it good to run around and collect all the time first (also allowing a big following of Ganados) then get 1 of the bonuses and take head shots. And also with the double-bladed chainsaw guy I found that just about every head shot will stun him allowing you to get some good space between you and him and then hit him with all you got (SHOOT HIM IN THE FACE!!!!)
