Go to the farthest left choice at the top and use the drop down menu to choose 'Save for Web'. Once you are in there, save it in jpeg or png file.

After that you will need a image host. There are many free ones. Photobucket, Image Shack, etc. Upload your picture then use the image tags:

I lol'd. You've never seen an imageshack image that says "Bandwidth exceeded" before? and Photobucket doesn't get rid of an image once the bandwidth is exceeded, at least not if you have an account. You just have to wait until the month is over to get your bandwidth back. You get 10GBs per month as well.

Just open it up as a tab, then never close it? Plus, instead of using crappy IE, use FF, as the password manager holds onto the Pass for me.
