Brushing teeth before breakfast!?

Bacteria and a bunch of other shit accumulates in your mouth while you sleep.(you know the type of bacteria that gives you bad breath in the monring) You're gonna swallow some of that crap when you eat and you don't brush or at least mouthwash in the morning and some of it will stay on your teeth throughout the day until you brush at night. It's not really a must but it's recommended that you brush in the morning to start your day.

after every meal and drink (not water) you should brush your teeth
but meh i only do it twice a day - after breakky and dinner and sometimes after that if i eat supper

I always brush when I wake up. But I don't even eat breakfast, so it really makes no difference at all to me. I just wake up, walk to the bathroom, and brush away like there's no tomorrow! Then...I cheat death again by using mouthwash! But not just any mouthwash, no no. I used the most feared mouthwash of them all...Orange Citrus Listerine! Mwhahahahahaha

twice is enough for me. after brekkie and occaisionally before bed. i think people who brush after every meal are obsessive. i mean, do these people take toothpaste and a toothbrush to work and school?? they musta got beat up alot.

I brush before and after,personal hygene is a must.

I always brush my teeth after i eat my breakfast, never before.

The minty toothpaste taste left in my mouth after i brush doesn't taste too good with food anyway.
