Sure im upto the challage. I havent being on late recently because i have being studying in my room rather then computer room (bed is much better then computer chair or even laying on the sofa). Sleeping late is ok as long as you dont wake up early. You need at least 6 hours of sleep daily or itll be bad for your health... it is recommanded that you sleep around 7.5 hours a day (its not 8 or so the biology prof taught us during bio 102 last year)

I think the ideal amount of sleep is 9.5 hour's. That allows you to sleep through all 3 of your REM cycles without interruption.

An ideal amount of sleep for me is 9 hours, a realistic amount of sleep is about 7 - 7.5

I won't be getting near that much sleep once I get TLoZ: TWW

Hell, I'm on break. So, I'm up to it. Well, guess the prof isn't always right, eh?

Actually he showed us studies that were done. Out of 100 people who averaged 8 hours of sleep all their life, there lived till an average age of 74.5 while the people who slept 7 - 7.5 lived till they were 80.5. The study was found in a local newspaper so im pretty sure he didnt make it up.
