2007 Runescape Officially Coming Back This Friday! - Page 2

I played RS back in 2007. Would've been seventh grade for me. Great game at that time. Fantastic community that actually engaged in conversation. Most MMO's now that I play nobody says a damn word to eachother and unless you have friends irl who play the game it's as if you were playing a solo game. I would actually play the 2007 servers gladly.

Shame we can't go back to 2007 when I cared.

Don't get me wrong it was fun in like 2005. But it's just a bad MMO and nothing Jagex can do can change that. Just wait for the fan made RS2006

2006 runescape was the shit when you were younger. It gave a sense of adventure and had one of the nicest communities ever

Too bad once you got older and RS changed you realized it wasn't a great game. Shame though, some of my best memories in gaming were on RS. I don't have the time to sink into MMOs anymore.

Amen to that.. I actually joined Neoseeker because of RS. I was one of those who started in what was known as RuneScape Classic.

07 wasn't the golden age, I think '04-'06 was. But I can't really describe it and that magic is gone.

It was a combination of a really good community that was young but good natured and helped other people out and the sense of adventure you got. I can't even look at RS with its *bleep*ing weird as hell graphics now.
