WTF is going on

Am i being paranoid or what. Just to fill those in who dont know over here we have the euro millions which is a basically a lottery between several countries in Europe but lately the only people winning in England & France just look at the list. It's not up to date but to fill everyone in it's been France & England even tonight it's France. Not saying it's a conspiracy or anything but it's very strange if you ask me. Would you agree or disagree?
