But it's just really funny how a lot of people are saying that a nation would be better if the whole population didn't have weapons. Banning civilians from owning them is a real bad thing the government could do, if you think a little bit. And I don't mean because it's a violation of the second amendment. The economy would be impacted, people whose livelihoods revolve around firearms and hunting would suffer, more people will end up dead or harmed due to a lack of lethal defense, etc. Like I said countless times, just because something terrible happens involving a particular thing, doesn't mean it should be outlawed. 	Just adding on to Paradox and Paranoid Android points bombs are deadlier and easier to get hunting clubs are number one in terms of money given to environment protection, not to mention controlling animal population regular mental health tests and other restrictions are a much better solution to slowing the tide of gun violence and mass shootings, rather than infringing on Constitutional rights ------------------- really cool free game

	This argument that civilians need guns to protect themselves from criminals is ridiculous. People don't carry them around on themselves 24/7. They might be ambushed without their gun, owning one won't help them in that situation if it's back at home in the cupboard. 	I just find it humorous that the only time this 'well regulated militia' has ever decided to fight the government was when they were doing something progressive and good. Patriot Act? Fine. Banning slavery? Where's my gun?! I mean you live in a democracy, which you all think is wonderful and rosey and beautiful and needs spreading to the whole world. And yet you're scared of it. You're scared someone you've elected will take it all away instead of relying on the fact that if anyone does anything bad then the opposition party will take control instead. You're a nation of people that see V for Vendetta and 1984 as real life warnings rather than allegories. You think people trying to take away your guns are worth fighting more than those that take away your actual liberties.
