Paranoia - Page 2

Iv'e never been legit paranoid about something but what does make me feel paranoid and scared is guilt. Whenever i have just done something i know i shouldn't have i feel paranoid. Whenever someone so little as glaces at me i feel like they know what I did and they are looking at me in disgust... but whatever I just acted like nothing was up and just smiled.

I always feel like somebody's watching me. Always.

Always have too, I remember half-not wanting to change in my room as a child because I felt like someone was looking through my window. Even when we moved and my room was on the second floor I felt that way. =(


I'm also pretty paranoid about every little thing I do upsetting someone.

I am pretty paranoid, tbh. What others are thinking constantly weighs on my mind, and I have a tendency to assume the worst.
