	Next time you have a bad night, what I might suggest is pretending like it's the weekend or something, and it's already morning. Pretend like you're sleeping in, and it will relax you. Worked on me once. ------------------- We don't know who we are until we see what we can do.

	To everyone who replied with helpful suggestions, thank you. I ended up going to sleep about 4:30 and the waking up at 5:30ish. Currently it's 12:30 and, honestly, I don't feel too bad. I haven't fell asleep in school, I've done my work okay, all is well. Only complaint is my eyes hurt a little bit, but I hardly notice it when I'm working.
