This, one hundred percent. If a pregnant woman is murdered, the assailant is charged with two murders, despite the fact that at any time, that woman could kill her baby. Second, if a woman doesn't want a baby, perhaps she could try keeping her legs closed.

So, I shouldn't be allowed an abortion because the doctor inserted my contraceptive implant wrong? It happens, just google "incorrect implanon insertion" and you will find hundreds of women who it happened to. They had every right to open their legs because they thought they were protected. It wasn't their fault and they should not have been punished. They most certainly should not be punished because other people abuse the system.

You are entitled to your own opinions but when they are so unjust, we are entitled to poke at the massive holes.

DA should wear a johnny, just to be safe.
