But again, most people don't care about all that. People who are staying away from not-so-healthy foods would care about the calories and whatnot, but probably not what makes up the fries. People with allergies to certain products and stuff would maybe care too, but after a quick little Google search everything is saying that McDonalds fries, even though they have all those products you mentioned in them, don't cause any reactions for people who may have allergic reactions to some of the individual things that make it up.

And if you meant "Dietary habits" as in Vegan or..whatever you do (I think that's vegan? I'm not sure. i think i saw that in a Lobby thread somewhere), in my opinion it's just silly. Eat whatever you want though, I'm not trying to force anything on you or call you stupid or whatever. I just think you're missing out on some good tasting foods. (for reasons other than the taste in a lot of cases)

It's theorized that they won't cause reactions because the ingredients are hydrolyzed; however, that isn't always the case. It helps people with intolerances to break it down easier ('cause it's already pretty broken down by the time said people consume it) but that doesn't mean everyone with intolerances or allergies can eat these ingredients without ill effect.

I haven't been a vegan my entire life -- I know what sort of foods I am "missing out on" as you put it. I don't care how something tastes; I can't bring myself to consume a living creature that had feelings and families, and felt terror in its final moments. No sentient creature should have to go through what farm animals do. As a decent human being, I just can't support it. Plus, my diet also helps save the environment (I honestly didn't know how bad factory farming was for the planet until I changed my lifestyle) and it also helps my health. I used to have several health issues that have all but gone away since changing my diet, and I wasn't a super unhealthy person before I started this either.

The person who informed me of it must have been thinking of somebody else then; I'm just regurgitating what he told me. He did specifically point you out though haha I was like waaat.
