As for the question, the disclaimer isn't even necessarily accurate (what doesn't help is how apparently everyone online seems to think if they claim "fair use!" for anything it makes them immune to legal action. It doesn't; it's a defence, not a prevention). Fair Use, and Creative Commons, is for the right to modify the original in a manner that results in a non-profit benefit. Ripping the ending of a movie and throwing it on Youtube isn't covered by that as it's a pretty blatant breach of copyright.

"Giving credit" doesn't get around the issue; namely theft of an intellectual property (which is what it is, since it affects profits, damages publishers etc.). Like, at all.

Oh and "HE DID IT SO WHY CAN'T I!" isn't a very good argument; I recommend looking up "tu quoque." Because that's what that is.

Disputing it implies you have consent from Warner Bros. to distribute their content in such a manner. It also requires proof thereof. Something I imagine you're lacking hence the issue.

I'm sure it's not impossible to receive consent, but I wouldn't count on it actually ever happening (I can't imagine "hey can I post the ending to a movie you're receiving money from on Youtube in a fashion you wouldn't profit of off?" going over well, for example).
