Honestly, this could be the START of the downfall of laptops. I mean honestly that was the biggest problem with tablets, they ran mobile OS. This is a fully functional windows 8, thin as a tablet, giant touchscreen and detachable keyboard? *bleep*! That was the biggest problem with laptops, they really aren't that portable, and this made them portable.

You do have all kinds of apps, every single damn one of them designed for windows. Yeah, and we are talking full fledged photoshop, google chrome, and not shitty app versions. The full things. *bleep* all other tablets, this looks *bleep*ing awesome.

Sayyed, you have to be careful when you say things like that though. The more affordable RT model won't really be running full Windows 8. Windows RT won't be able to run non-updated programs that aren't designed specifically for the Metro guidelines. It's a pretty big bummer...especially for everyone thinking they'll be able to run all of their Steam games or Photoshop on it.

True, and some people will probably opt with the the RT model because its cheaper, but really the Pro model is best bang for the buck. If the Pro model sells well, we could see a trend. I wasnt happy with the trend of tablets were trying to swing the market because they felt so underpowered, but this could be the change of it.

Sayyed, I'm not really sure how well that will sell though given that they said it would be priced comparable to Ultrabooks which start at $800, but I do hope it succeeds.

Superwalnut, I doubt you've ever used a Windows Phone. I have and I still love my Focus. It runs just as smooth as the day I bought it and does everything without crashing or slowing down. The same cant be said for many Android phones.
