Hell yeah, I loved Jolly Roger Bay! Dire, Dire Docks, less so.

Donkey Kong Country usually does pretty well with these. I'll go with the level in DKC2 where you have to keep stomping on seals to change the lava into water. That was pretty neat.

I hate swimming and dodging in underwater levels. Something about it just instantly infuriates me to no end. I'm sure there are some I have enjoyed but I can't really think of them at this very moment in the space realm that we humans call time.

The underwater levels in both Super Mario Galaxy games are nice.

Earthworm jim where hes in his glass bubble and it cracks as you get hit.I always thought that was a fun one.

Yeah, water levels are generally hard to do.

Speaking of water in games, I still haven't gotten around to trying the Hydrophobia game...

Even if I'm sick of it, I can still appreciate it's quality. I dunno though, either the uploaders had mediocre sources, or YT ruined the quality, but it actually should sound better than that. There are several other tracks in DKC that are worth a listen.
