	Log in to remove this sponsored message I currently work in a grocery store as a team leader, which is a management position. I currently make around $17/hr It's got like a $25/hr top out. I have received a pretty decent job opportunity. I can work on a dock working the same hours starting at $15/hr, with a top out of $28/hr. I will lose my management position since I'd have to go to a different company. Would you do it? ------------------- Pets

	Personally would depend on the job and the difference in wage. If I'd be moving to a job with more room to grow and something I'd be more happy in then sure I'd move. If it's basically moving for slightly more pay but a job I'd be less accomplished or happy doing then no.

	I'd stick with a company that seems more reliable. Some companies out there will offer higher pay checks, but they're sometimes a couple months from shutting down for good. So you could check to make sure it isn't a failing company or anything like that.

	The reason why working on the dock pays higher would probably be because it's much more physical, manual work. It's up to you, but a management position/experience would ALWAYS be more preferable in my opinion. ------------------- 'I don't know mercy, but I know pain. 	Whatever you think is better, but keep in mind you'll be starting at $2 less an hour and there is no guarantee you will ever top out at that $28 an hour. Those numbers they give aren't always what people make or ever come close to making. ------------------- The Minecraft Community!

	The longer you stay in a management position, the better it will look when it comes to moving jobs and finding something better and a new employer will be more likely to start you in at least a supervisory position with good experience in that higher position.
