	Log in to remove this sponsored message I think the doctor said when I first got sick that I was properly find gym too hard it was because of the Virus. Then after I had to see doctor because I suspected I had infection and I was correct, although I didn't know I had ear infection also. I just seeing my strength did not recover I was very surprise. 	OP you need to eat more food. The second post was actually the most correct response so far in this thread, get some of those antioxidants in to you blood stream. Your body has shat out billions of nutrients in those two weeks, you have no energy left, you are probably still dehydrated. Protein is good if you are actually stressing your muscles but you need more energy sources. Go on a carb binge, drink bleeptonnes of water, and eat some greens. No shit your strength didn't come back, you have an infection. Stop being silly and wait for your body to fully recover. ------------------- Pretentious.fm

My infection was gone but my strength didn't return so I was worried. But now I see I got nothing to worry thanks. Thanks for telling what would help me though. I will eating more car food, normally I eat diet food to not gain weight, although my weight is fine. For now I eat more carb food.
