I know, but according to Islamic tradition, burial at sea is supposedly frowned upon and some Islamic clerics criticized the decision. That's why it's unusual for him to have not been given a proper burial in accordance with Islamic tradition. But like I said, someone as evil as Bin Laden doesn't deserve to be entombed in some kind of fancy mausoleum or wherever he would have been buried, regardless if it was desecrated or not.

Nah I agree with you, there's no dignity in it and they've not strictly adhered to the full customs of his religion, but this is America's way of showing they knew what they were doing. Clearly, not fully.

And they said they'll release pictures and videos of his burial. I doubt we'll see any pictures of him unless they're leaked, he was shot in the head so there won't be much to see and showing it to the media will cause a HUGE outbreak in the east.

Huge outbreak is an exaggeration as well, it's not like Osama is a religious leader, he is merely an organization leader. Sure, some people have the same ideology with him, but he doesn't really have that much of influence in middle east.
