Military Boots

Okay, so we all know about this craze with the military boots. Everyone's wearing them! Guys and Women. What's your opinion on them for a guy ? Women, do they look good on guys ? Guys, Would you consider them a bit gay to wear ? I'm asking this as I actually quite like them and thinking of getting a pair, i'm thinking they look really nice with a pair of dark denims and a dark jacket maybe a leather one

Military clothing belongs on military personnel.

They look out of place for anyone not in the military/on a hiking trip/doing manual labour. Why would you want to wear them? If you like the style, get the fashion ones which are similar but more like cowboy boots, and actually work with modern trouser styles.

I've saw alot of people lately with them on in town and such and they actually look really nice in person. They really do go with - as i've said above - dark jeans and a dark jacket. I disagree on the 'they look out of place' part though. I don't know if you've seen them in person but they're not something you would see and say wtf is he/she doing wearing them, they should only be worn in..blah, blah. Each to their own opinion though and I do really appreciate your opinions don't think i'm disrespecting them, I am taking them into thought, it's just I have different opinion Although it is interesting on the whole 'only should be worn in military circumstances' they are actually clothing that normal people wear Although everyone's normal is not always the same

There's a reason the military where's em', and that's because they're tough *bleep*ing pieces of equipment. Soldier could get blasted by super laser ray and disintegrate, but those boots will still be there. I'd wear em.

I used to wear steel toed black (always polished) boots. When I was at work it was part of the uniform.

But a trend? Eww, I'll even pretend it's ok on guys that aren't also hauling an M16 around, but on women? I've seen some shoes that are combat boots inspired that aren't that bad but actual combat boots? Nooooo...
