Again this is typically myth from the minority who do get banned. At the time of writing, there are currently 0 channel bans and 0 server-wide bans.

I think there needs to be a rethink about this rule.

At the moment one op can come in and slag someone off, then when someone says something similar back he cant take it and cries so just bans the person from the chat.

There is no need for it.

Basically, Superfast Oz, if you cant accept getting a slagging for Liverpool FC being woeful, then dont try and slag off other teams or nations. Its simple. Ill paste a log just to show what im talking about

There are currently 2 chat "moderators" (or ops as they're called on IRC). They are:

o Oz
o Dynamite

If you behave like a tool, you'll get banned by one of those guys for a period left to their discretion. Only the op who banned you can remove the ban, so speaking to that person through private message may be a good idea if you wish to talk about it. Whining in this thread about it is generally pointless; none of the ops will likely read it and are even less likely to reply. Use this command in IRC to open a private message window: /msg name text.

again this should be changed. If he crys about his football team he never replies, or even anything else he never replies, therfor this should be changed.

I've (finally) put the quotes site back up for IRC once again and restored all previous quotes! Looking back through half a decade's worth of IRC's most funny/dumb moments makes for pretty good, if sometimes cringe-worthy, reading.
