	Does anyone get Nocturnal Leg Cramps? Or at least get normal cramps? I just had one this morning at 5AM and it hurt like hell and I screamed 'FARK!!!!'. I woke everyone up and they were like 'WTF HAPPENED?'. It took ages for it to calm down and it's still hurting now. Do you think they're annoying?

	I get one right where my femur meets my hip on my left leg..I have to punch it like bleeping crazy and hop around to get it to stop hurting. It always happens in the morning -------------------

	calf cramps hurt like hell but if you massage your calf vigorously when you feel it coming on it will take of it and spare you the intense pain. i get these sometimes when i wake up after sleeping for a while and stretch my legs. lol i hate those bleepers. :P drinking more water and having more potassium in your diet helps with cramping as well. ------------------- Swing that bottle Shatter my ribs and nose Like a fight on a Friday night

	whenever you get cramps in your legs best thing is normally to stand up before they really kick in. Always works for me anyway

	I get them every once in a while. I started a thread about it in health and fitness, and they told me to drink more water. I think it helped. -------------------
