Video games. Usually World of Warcraft. Entering another world to escape the worries and stresses of this one is very helpful.

I run. Actually, any form of exercise will release much-needed endorphins and make you feel loads better. Plus, it's physically good for you. Then again, I'm posting this in Loungin', where 90% of the regulars hardly ever venture outside of their room.
