If you're under 17 you shouldn't being playing the game. That really just ends any of this nonsense. Games are rated for a reason.

I took great pleasure in killing as many innocent civilians as possible in that airport, does that make me more likely to go out and shoot somebody in real life? Not at all. People are just idiots. There is no proven correlation between video game violence and real life violence, so people need to stop jumping on the back of every game that comes out to get their 15 minutes, shut the *bleep* up and let people enjoy them.

I saw this earlier on GameGrep and I think it's pretty stupid. No 8 year old kid should be playing this, and if they are, they should have been an adult (or someone at a mature age) aware of the kid playing the game. Meaning, that if an 8 Year Old does manage to get their hands on this game, then an adult should know about it, whether it's a parent, a sibling, or the retailer. They should be responsible for that 8 year old playing that game.

You don't have to kill them all, you could just walk through and let the other guys kill them, it was just my choice to massacre the innocent which I'm sure most people won't replicate.
I don't see any problem. It's up to parents and/or teachers to educate children on the subject of reality and common sense, not me and certainly not a game. | |
