Kim Jong-il just wants to be another world power, which will never happen tbh. He's a horrible leader and his country is in no state to be considered one. I mean, c'mon. Pyongyang can't even afford traffic lights and there are people washing their dishes in the middle of the gutter, and whatever money they have is used to cover up for the severe corruption and for weapons. Pointing towards his leadership skills, he seems more suitable as the one being killed than the one doing the actual killing.

	Best case scenario - NK tries to launch missle, either self destructs or misses it's target. We go in, (without needing to draft) wipe them out completely and make korea one whole peaceful nation. Worst Case scenario - Missle(s) hit targets, US Drafts people, we go in, Russia, Japan, and China get involved. Iran joins up with NK and WWIII begins. ------------------- *Hate my life.*

Strategic striking is all that is required should North Korea actually decided to stupidly attack USA. Sidewinders and Tomahawk Missles would be in high order and i'm pretty sure that they'd use similar tactics to that of those used in Iraq, i.e Shock and Awe. Stun them so they don't know what to do. -------------------

	USA wouldn't need to invade Iran either, they could just call upon the support of Mousavi's supporters who believe the election was rigged to stage demonstrations and riot making damage and meaning that USA would then just need to oust Ahmedinejad and take care of North Korea. -------------------

They have open arms for both North Korea and the US. At the moment, China seems to be watching what they say regarding North Korea. They're NK's most important ally and biggest trading partner and Russia gets exclusive conversation.

	Russia and China would join up with USA, UK etc. China would see it as a threat to their homeland as you can never trust anyone enough and Russia would just wish to exercise the right to use missles, going against the USA would just be cataclysmic. -------------------

	Sounds decent enough, but if NK knew what was good for them then they wouldn't even touch China. They'd be losing out on a lot of business and a great relationship since Chinese occupation of the North since the 1950s.
