No altaura. Your skills you acquire throughout life actually house in a different part of the brain. Though you won't KNOW you know how to read, it will come naturally to you when you look at the words. Same as riding a bike, etc.

I'd probably have to re-install whatever OS my brain uses. I'd probably want to upgrade to Vista.

What would make you think you had something to live for in the first place? And wouldn't you have already been killed in a sense by losing all your memories?

I'd probably be a completely different person, in terms of morality.


I'd maintain all my personality traits, so I'd be as sensitive and angry and horny as ever, but with all of my memories gone, my morality would probably follow, and then I'd succumb to my urges and emotions and probably become really greedy. Without those memories that taught me right from wrong, I have nothing but my personal wants to drive me. Maybe even turn to a life of crime to get what I want.

I'm really scared of losing my memory, because I have a really good memory and I maintain a lot of events in my head that most people would have forgotten over time, so I'm an especially nostalgic and sentimental person. Without my memories, I don't really have purpose.

Just saying, if your memory gets erased, and it was on pupose, you would still be able to speak, read, walk, etc.

I think that having no memory would be scary. You're completly and utterly hopeless. You'll have to belive anything someone tells you. If someone says that you're in the FBI, you'll probably belive them because you don't know yourself.

I wouldn't know.

However, I would like to forget my conspiracies.
