If I make the banner smaller will it lower the signature weight?

Note: The * is their to prevent the image from showing.

1. each image larger then 20 height adds 25 points
2. each image larger then 30 height adds 50 points
3. images larger then 50 height add 100 points.
4. images larger then 75 height add 135 points.

So yeah,It will. Also, do you have permission to use that picture out of MP's album?

And B& means banned because well, it means 'B 'and'' = Banned, Geddit?
