I would like to know the candidates stances on the following issues;

• Ban-bypassing.
  How would you deal with this? As a particular example...say someone was banned from a forum for disruptive behaviour. They bypassed the ban in order to return - not to continue with the disruption, but to post as they have done in the forum for years. In other words, although they are bypassing their ban, they are not doing what they were specifically banned for. How should this be dealt with?
  
  
• Freedom of the Press.
  Threads discussing other members, such as the Sereph Steer or Queer thread, and the numerous threads regarding Excalibur's ban. Or even such threads as Angy vs Angie. Do these aid the community, by helping us get to know one another? Are they irrelevant and troublesome? Is a blanket solution in order, or more specific decisions? Also, negative opinions in the Opinions on Other Members or SNAPS thread - if expressed politely, is there a problem with them? Does the removal of all negative opinions result in a thread which serves only as a shout out to one's friends and offers no real value? Or do they help community feeling?
  
  
• Intellectual Threads
  Should they be kept solely to IE, or is there a place for intelligent threads in loungin'? If so, where is the cut-off point? Does this mean that there is truly no place for IE, if issues can also be discussed in loungin'?
  
  
• Post Counts
  Are they relevant? Should they be removed, so we are not judged on them, and not encouraged to spam in order to raise them? Does a high post count indicate anything? Are there any plus points to having them? Same goes for join dates.
  
  
• Complaints Forum
  This one may be a little controversial, but - how do you feel about the privacy of the complaints forum? Is it effective, to have it removed from view to all members except super mods? Does the inability to add to one's complaint have any positive or negative consequences? How about others offering relevant links or experiences? Does the removal of that option have any positive or negative consequences, and what are they in your opinion? Is this option fairer to the person being complained about, the person complaining, the supers or any or all of these groups?
  
  
• Age Restrictions and Inappropriate Content
  All content on Neoseeker is regarded as being appropriate for thirteen-year-olds and older. Is this actually the case? What would you change, in order to make it so (remove sexual banners/avatars, improve swear filter, etc). Or would you go the other way? Remove the swear filter? Do you feel the age restriction should become an actual rule rather than a guideline? Do you think thirteen is an appropriate level, or would you raise or lower it?

Please bear in mind that I am asking for opinions and hypothetical answers. I do not want to hear such answers as 'whatever the mod decides'. That's irrelevant. For the sake of proving what good candidates you are, you have the power.

Like mentioned before, this whole thing is to bring a taste of realism. You can decided whether you want to take this as a joke of not. Some of us are enjoying being able to pretend like we can do something, and I'm sure if we could, we've definitely do what we've been saying. We're just having a little bit of fun and enjoying an event Ryan held for us to enjoy, go back to you pessimistic world Sereph.

I look at the members running in the Enigma Party and I see four qualified candidates, but there's one that really stands out. There's only one candidate that has moderated forums in the Lounges, Special Interest, Localized, and Game sections of the site. There is only one candidate that has been around since 2002. There is only one candidate who's been behind the scenes, keeping his forums running for the past five years. There's only one candidate who has two words in his name. There is only one candidate who you can really say is a part of Neoseeker History.
