I'm a manager of yeovil town a conference club =). I got them to a premiership in 2006/07 season. In this year I've finished 12th, in second season 5th + won FA cup and in third season finished 2nd behind chelsea on three points...

Ok so most of you go for the big guns and win a shit load of everything, well I guess it's everyone to their own, I picked my beloved Everton, and hoped just to stay up, I first began playing this when it first came out, well my first time playing I finished 7th in the league then 4th(on goals scored and qualified for Champs league pipping Liverpool) in my second season winning the F.A cup too, remember Everton start off with 375k to spend and 30million in debt with a really average team although many teams get taken over (like Forest and Sheff Wed I never did) I had to rely on free transfers and selling my best players when the board got a good offer. I also never went on the forums to check out other peoples recommendations on certain players. My scouts done it and believe me it was hard that first season getting thumped 6-2 at old trafford and 4-0 at anfield. Everybody signs Taribo West, and I did too but half way through my 2nd season Arsenal made a bid of 8m the board couldn't refuse it, Thats when I discovered Isaak Okoronkwo (900k min fee release)who I again sold for 19m to Juventus in season 4, my 3rd season was a disaster in the league finishing 14th but I blame this on my involvement in the Champs lge, my first group game was against Vitesse Arnhem and I stuffed them 7-0 at Goodison but only managed to get to the second group stage were I was totally outclassed, however I did win the league cup that season and the fans loved me coz I was building something special. Then an International job appealed to me, call me a patriot if you like, so I took over as Rep of Ireland manager, and this is where my greatest achievment came, not only qualifying for the 2006 world cup, but winning it against Germany in the final 7-4 in extra time, my god Robbie Keane had a tremendous game. We finished 90 mins at 3-3, they hit first in extra time and then sat back and then it happened, Keane already had 2, then came 3,4,5,6. They had no answer. 6 goals by 1 player in the Final of the World Cup:). I always say that the good times are better if you have experience with the bad times. I had no money with Everton but I made my team evolve. I guess what I'm saying is, quit cheating and try do it on your own without reseting or changing the editor. It feels way better when you win beleive me.

I recall taking over Finlandia in the Swedish 2nd Division, a team with debt and I believe completely without staff or players. I took the team to the top of the Allsvenskan and onward to Champions League glory. I think I got as far as the Champions League final or within a few minutes of qualifying for the final. Took me about 10 seasons iirc.

With Newcastle, I won the premiership in the first year (only done it twice) then the champions league the next season at the first time of asking. In the same game, I went 2 whole seasons without being beat in the league and only missed out on a third one by getting beat by Bolton at home on the final game!!
